1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (“the Client”/“Parent/Guardian”) and Three to Eleven (“we”/“us”), regarding the provision of tutoring services. By booking a tutoring session, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

One-to-one tutoring sessions delivered by qualified teachers in person at your home, or online where applicable.

Educational resources and progress updates as part of the service.

A personalised approach tailored to each child’s needs.

3. Bookings & Payment

Payment is due in advance of tutoring sessions unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of sessions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be refunded. Refunds in such cases will be at the tutor’s discretion.

If a tutor must cancel a session, a replacement session will be offered or a full refund will be provided.

5. Responsibilities of Parents/Guardians

A responsible adult must be present in the home during in-person sessions.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable learning environment.

Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant information about their child’s educational or medical needs prior to sessions.

6. Safeguarding & Child Protection

All tutors are qualified professionals and adhere to safeguarding best practice.

Any concerns regarding a child’s welfare may be reported to the relevant safeguarding authority in line with legal obligations.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality tutoring, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during or after tutoring sessions, except where caused by our negligence.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Data will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of delivering tutoring services.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate tutoring services with one week’s notice.

Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before termination takes effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
